So last weekend I removed my full exhaust, PC3, and replaced the Stator cover. Put back on stock headers/muffler and changed my oil/filter at the same time. I started her up to get the oil running, and noticed that once she started up the RPMs hung at around 3K, until she warmed and came back down to the low 1400. Ok, so the bike seems normal, I figure switching back to stock it was like that. Before when I had the Full exhaust/PC3, the bike would start at around 2500 RPMs on a cold start. So everything looked good and I called it a day and would finish next weekend.

Come today. I removed my headlight to take out the HID projectors. While waiting for the oven, I figure I would start my bike to warm it up. It cranks and cranks but doesn't start. Ok, I noticed the stator plug wasn't plugged in and thought maybe I drained the battery from the startup last weekend. Reconnect the plug and put it on the battery charger, even after that, for some reason the bike just wouldn't turn over. It keeps cranking and cranking but won't start. Anyone have any feedback?

If it's cranking and cranking but not firing up....then you're either not getting spark, or not getting gas.

Make sure you didn't pull any wires....
Did you remove the power commander?
(if not, could just need a remap)

Yea the PC3 is gone. Weird thing is that it started up last weekend, and I haven't done anything else to the engine since then. Unless some trolls got to it while I was away at work during the week...I would hate to think its some electrical grimlin. Ugh what a bitch that's gonna be.

Back track...make sure you haven't caused the problem first. Check all connections, gas and electric...
